How close to the entrance will my unit be?
We have five separate buildings, not just the one as most storage businesses do, which means that you will never be more than 20 metres from the entrance. No waiting for lifts or climbing stairs as all of our units are ground floor!
Can I change my unit if the size no longer suits?
Yes you can at any time, as long as we have a suitable unit available you may move immediately.
Can I access the unit at any time?
No, but you can access the unit as many times as you want during our opening hours.
What are my payment options?
Our preferred method is Direct Debit for all ongoing payments. Initial payments can be made by Debit or Credit Card.
How do I know what size unit I require?
Our staff will be happy to try and assist you in any way that they can and you are more than welcome to come and take a look at the units and see for yourself the size that you require, any time during opening hours, a member of staff will be happy to show you round.
